Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

  • No returns will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.

Returns are only applicable if the product is:

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received


Mandatory Requirement

  • A clear unboxing/opening video is compulsory for all return or refund requests.

  • Requests without valid video proof will be automatically rejected.


Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind

  • Used or altered products

  • Missing original packaging

  • Requests made after 48 hours


Refund Policy

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Mode of Refund:

  • Prepaid Orders → Refunded to original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) → Refunded via UPI transfer (customer must provide valid UPI ID)


Replacement Policy

  • For eligible cases (damaged/defective/incorrect items), we offer:

    • Free replacement, or

    • Full refund

  • Customers must provide:

    • Opening video

    • Clear images/videos of the issue


Return Shipping

  • For valid cases, TrenzHome will bear the return shipping cost.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.


Important Disclaimer

  • TrenzHome reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if the above conditions are not met.

  • Minor color variations due to lighting, screen settings, or photography are not considered defects.
